That's totall cool. We get it. Certainly not passive aggressive at all.
But in all seriousness, things don't fit correctly or show up looking like you expect. We want to make it easy. As long as it's within 30 days, and everything is still in the condition it was sent it, give us a shout at the email below and we'll send you a return slip free of charge. Once we get the gear back and inspect it, we'll get that refund processed and back into your account.
